Ensures that the human resources philosophy is aligned with the strategy of the agency and is fully integrated into all programs, operations, and services. Leads the vision, strategy, development, and execution of human resources programs to advance the agency’s mission and vision.

This role performs advanced (senior-level) government relations and consultative work. Adheres to strategic and tactical direction for public affairs and works to ensure that goals and objectives are implemented. Serves as a liaison between TXCC and legislative entities and stakeholders.

Work involves coordinating legal activities; researching, analyzing, investigating, and drafting legal documents; and providing support to division attorneys.
