Service of Subpoenas
Texas Cyber Command has authorized the legal staff in its Office of General Counsel to accept service of a subpoena on behalf of the agency and its custodian of records when the subpoena involves the official duties of the agency. No other Texas Cyber Command employee may accept service of a subpoena on behalf of the agency.
To serve a subpoena on Texas Cyber Command by certified mail, please mail to:

To serve a subpoena in person:
A legal representative is typically available to accept service between the hours of 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Thursday, at the Austin office location. The Austin office physical address is 1001 W. North Loop Blvd., Austin, Texas 78756. Service is only accepted at the Austin office location.
Upon arrival, the process server must check in with the front desk. Please let staff know that you are there to serve a subpoena. The staff will contact the Office of General Counsel and a legal representative will come out to accept service. If a legal representative is unavailable when you arrive, please return during the timeframe listed above or call 512-461-7993 to arrange a specific time for service.
Law Enforcement, State, and Other Governmental Agencies
Texas Cyber Command accepts criminal, law enforcement, and most state or government agency subpoenas by email to: ogc@txcc.texas.gov .
Service of Lawsuits
Texas Cyber Command has authorized the Office of General Counsel to accept service of a lawsuit on behalf of the agency and its Chief. No other Texas Cyber Command employee may accept service of a lawsuit on behalf of the agency. The Office of General Counsel will not accept service for any individual employee in their personal capacity.
