Texas Cyber Command (TXCC) invites qualified vendors to submit applications offering no-cost cybersecurity assessments, tools, technical assistance, and related services in support of Project Watershed 250.
Interested vendors should review the complete Request for Applications, including all requirements, application instructions, acceptance criteria, and applicable terms.
Key conditions
- Proposed services must be provided at no cost to TXCC and participating utilities.
- Applicants must disclose applicable limitations, expiration dates, removal requirements, and potential post-pilot costs.
- Participation may not automatically convert to a paid service or be conditioned on a future purchase.
- Enrollment does not guarantee an assessment opportunity and does not constitute a contract with or endorsement by TXCC.
Submit an application
Review the Request for Applications and submit the completed application form and required supporting materials by email to watershed250@txcc.texas.gov, using the subject line: Watershed 250 Assessor Application - [Business Entity Name].
Responses received by 5:00 p.m. Central Time on September 30, 2026, will be considered during the initial review. TXCC will continue accepting responses on a rolling basis until pilot capacity is filled or the response period is closed.
